At Nothing but Shirts (“we”, “us”, “our”), your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund & Returns Policy explains our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds when you shop at https://nothingbutshirts.com/ (the “Site”). - Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must have been purchased directly from our Site.
You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized or custom-printed shirts
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Gift cards
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@nothingbutshirts.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Return Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions, including the return shipping address.
Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship via a trackable carrier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your return, allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.
We will notify you by email when your return has been received and inspected.
- Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Shipping charges (initial outbound) are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping on your order and return more than one item, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request.
We will process an exchange once we receive and inspect the original item. If the replacement item’s price differs, we will adjust the refund or request additional payment.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at support@nothingbutshirts.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include photos of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting support at support@nothingbutshirts.com.
After this window, if your order has already shipped, you must follow the return process above.
- International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes.
Refunds will be processed in USD; your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
